About these terms

These terms apply to your use of threebrotherstourism.com and to bookings made with Three Brothers Tourism L.L.C (“we”, “us”). By using the website or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms. Specific details for each experience — such as inclusions, timings and pickup — are confirmed with you at the time of booking.

Bookings and confirmation

Bookings can be requested through our website forms, WhatsApp, phone or email. A booking is only confirmed once our team has confirmed availability, price and details with you in writing (usually on WhatsApp). Please check your confirmation carefully and tell us straight away if anything is incorrect.

Prices and payment

Prices shown on the website are “from” prices in UAE Dirhams (AED) and may vary by date, group size, vehicle type and availability. The final price and accepted payment methods are confirmed before your booking is finalised.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as possible on WhatsApp. Cancellation and rescheduling conditions can differ by experience and partner operator, and the conditions that apply to your booking will be explained when you book. We may need to change or cancel an experience because of weather, safety, government instructions or operator availability; in that case we will offer you an alternative date, a different experience or a refund as applicable.

Hotel pickup

Where pickup is included, please be ready at the agreed location and time. Pickup times are approximate and may be affected by traffic. If a guest is not at the pickup point, the vehicle may have to leave to avoid delaying other guests.

Health, safety and conduct

Some activities (such as dune bashing, quad biking, dune buggies, skydiving, scuba diving and water sports) involve physical activity and may not be suitable for pregnant guests, young children or people with certain medical conditions. Please tell us about any health concerns before booking and always follow the instructions of guides, drivers and instructors. We or our partners may refuse participation if a guest’s behaviour puts themselves or others at risk.

Third-party operators

Many experiences are operated by licensed partners such as desert camps, yacht and helicopter operators and attractions. Their own terms and safety rules also apply during the experience.

We try to keep all information, photos and prices on this website accurate and up to date, but they may change without notice and are provided for general guidance. Photos are for illustration and actual experiences may vary.

Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not responsible for loss, damage, injury or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, by third-party operators, or by guests not following instructions. We recommend that all guests have suitable travel insurance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
